itQua provided technical leadership and governance on one of these contracts. We delivered despite some expectations to the contrary, moving traffic traversing an outsourced security facility through to an in-house security facility without breaking anything and in a very short timescale.

St Gerards asked for help. They knew their IT was struggling and their incumbant provider was neither proactive nor particularly responsive to their requests.
After an intitial assesment, it was clear the school didn't know what the provider was responsible for, nor how they would put a new contract out to market.
We jointly agreed a short, medium and long-term plan to resolve what was frankly a mess.
The school now has automated re-builds, the right licensing, password-free asset management, a better security model, ongoing proactive maintenance, documented IT and better value for money as a result.
